Hey, I who have been terribly hesitant towards low-carbohydrate high fat diet are doing now good to have gone over to the right low intake of carbohydrates and high intake of fat. But everything does not stay in that I'm fine - I want to immerse myself binge eating and know why you feel good LCHF.
Quick facts: - Fast carbohydrates (such as sugar, white flour, potatoes) gives a strong insulin response. - Slow carbohydrates (such as fruits, root vegetables, whole grains) yields a weaker insulin response. - Proteins (eg, eggs, nuts, meat) gives a moderate binge eating insulin response. - Fats (eg butter, fish oils) gives almost no insulin response at all.
