What is BMI?
I've talked a lot about my BMI value in my blog, and the race between me and Rachel. The main reason is that when I hear the weight ticket number then I it always out of me if I find it much or little.

The bank I work for (when I'm not on maternity leave) offers health tracking each spring, which is a very good initiative from them.
