I of course had to be thinking about where my end goal should be, wanted to get under 70 kg. But in the wake of this information, I think I plan only on BMI 23 and then I get 66-67 kg. Maybe I'll put them just aim 66.5 kg, the BMI is exactly 23 ;) I actually do not know how much this increased risk is when a person has a BMI between 23 and 25, hardly very high, but this is just a good way for I found my ultimate goals. Otherwise I am going to a childrens birthday party and have decided to have just a little nammidag today and allow me a friendly kökusneið.
