Right after Christmas, The Church invites us to look tenderly at Joseph and Mary . We see Joseph being summoned by an angel to flee at once to Egypt for Herod wanted to kill the divine infant. Joseph in the middle of the night takes up the mother and the child and runs away from the bloody tyrant. endometrial ablation
Let us stop and admire these two simple people God had placed around his Son-made-man to feed him, to protect him against danger, to raise him, to give him a name and insert him into a culture. Joseph appears as the perfectly reliable endometrial ablation guardian, the quiet protector of Mary, the righteous man who obeys God s order without the slightest resistance. Mary plays her part diligently, sweetly, intensely. We are moved to see Jesus beautifully fitted into the setting of a traditional family.
And this leads us to wonder. What would be the fate of Jesus without a mother and a father? Jesus the Most High will grow up being submissive to them. This is all part of the mystery of the incarnation. The incarnation is not a game, a false pretense. Jesus is truly a human in all things but sin. He is like a tree planted in human soil. Joseph and Mary stand as perfect models of what every family should be.
May you maintain the tradition of blessing your children as we see it prescribed in the Books of the Old Testament! God is the Lord of History. Blessed is he who observes the law of the Lord and takes delights in all its precepts. Goodness and blessings will follow him at every step!
The First of January marks also the anniversary of our Independence, this daring act of bold rejection of the chains of slavery. May our country continue to break the yokes of other slaveries such like those of ignorance, injustice, violence and hatred! Indeed the larger portion of our population uses their gift of freedom judiciously. Signs of human progress appear in every area of life to the attentive observer yet, as is the case in every society, thick shadows of evil obscure the bright promises of the future. Evangelization, economic development, greater endometrial ablation access to jobs and education will eventually reinforce a culture a honesty, self assurance and morality without which human progress is doomed to fail.
It was six years ago on January 1st, 2009 that we started to send out our weekly bulletin. We now send it to some ten thousand people. It has been a means to make the voice of Jesus resonate much beyond the limited circles of our Sunday Church assemblies. We also disseminate religious news and introduce many prominent community leaders to the community at large.
We are very grateful to Brother Tob, Mr. Buteau Espiègle, the indefatigable servant of that means of evangelization. He spent unending hours and continues to give an unbelievable amount of his free time for the development of this and other modern means of communication. May God Bless him and his family! In addition to the bulletin we have since then added a successful Radio Program called Radio Solidarite. On our airwaves, we broadcast many hours of religious endometrial ablation instruction and prayers collected from many communities and prayer groups. The Radio also presents a number of interviews with valuable members endometrial ablation of the community. It s uplifting to listen to them. Areas of history, culture, education, endometrial ablation health, politics etc are covered in ways that can enrich the mind.
Our success in developing a Radio Station on Internet has emboldened us to venture into a more demanding field, the field of television. An image speaks louder than a word. We now boast of a TV on internet called TV Solidarite. It also runs twenty four hours a day. Yet we need more time and MONEY to make it become what we dream to achieve: a truly Catholic and Haitian TV Station that can enrich the soul and the mind. With every one s support and our undying Faith in Divine Providen
